Beamery Introduces Steve Vierra As Chief Revenue Officer
Beamery, the global leader in Talent Lifecycle Management, today announced Steve Vierra’s appointment as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). In this role, Vierra will oversee the company’s commercial functions and further drive Beamery’s global growth and footprint.
With over three decades of experience in the technology industry and 20 years of experience in go-to-market (GTM) strategy, Vierra brings a wealth of experience to Beamery. As CRO Steve will assume overall leadership of the commercial function, including sales, solution consulting, customer success and partnerships.

Prior to Beamery, Vierra served as the Executive Vice President of Global Field Operations at Medallia, Inc. where he was responsible for Channel and Alliances, Revenue Operations, Enablement, Pricing and Strategy and Deal Desk, through the company’s IPO in 2019. He also spent two decades at BMC Software, where he led the go-to-market strategy for Remedy ITSM and scaled the organization’s inside sales team.
