Beamery Appoints Dr. Christie Smith To Its Advisory Board

Beamery, the global leader in Talent Lifecycle Management, today announced the appointment of Dr. Christie Smith to the Company’s Board of Advisors.

An accomplished leadership and management executive, with over 35 years of experience, Dr. Smith has a proven track record of managing business development, data analytics, and digital transformation for the world’s leading companies. Her deep knowledge of talent and organizational strategy, automation and AI, and inclusion and diversity practices, brings a unique perspective to Beamery’s Board of Advisors.

Most recently the Senior Managing Director, Talent and Organization/Human Potential Global Lead at Accenture, Dr. Smith was responsible for building and expanding the global Talent & Organization practice.

Prior to Accenture, Dr. Smith was the Vice President of Inclusion and Diversity at Apple from 2017 to 2020, where she led building a global Inclusion & Diversity function and was an integral part of the development of products such as Memoji, AI, Camera, and iOS. A National Managing Principal at Deloitte from 2001 to 2017, Dr. Smith helped develop the firm’s business and service offerings in the areas of strategy, leadership, analytics, talent management, organizational design, M&A, sales force effectiveness, and technology.

In addition to serving as a member on Beamery’s Board of Advisors, Dr. Smith also serves on the Board of Directors at pharmaceutical company Endo International, holding positions on the Compensation and Governance/ESG Committees. Dr. Smith holds a Ph.D. from New York University, an MA from Rutgers University, and a BA from Loyola University, Maryland.
