Customer Spotlight: Pamela Rodriguez Cortes, Hitachi Vantara
Pamela is a Senior Product Recruiter at Hitachi Vantara, and started using Beamery’s Talent Lifecycle Management solution in July. This month, she is the focus of our Customer Spotlight, in recognition of how she has been using the platform to unlock human potential at her organization.
Beamery: What is your favorite Beamery feature, and why?
At the moment, the most crucial feature for us is Reports. These provide tons of useful information; everything we need to see the progress around new candidates entered on the system.
The Reports also help us see who from our team is submitting candidates and actually using the CRM, which means we can push the relevant people to use it more, and ultimately get the most we can from the product over the next 12 months. Our TA team is tasked with spending a small amount of time each day adding new contacts to the CRM (which they can do really quickly!) and it’s great that we can report on this.
B: What problems does Beamery solve?
A: It helps our team source effectively from our ATS (Greenhouse), and add candidates from sourcing engines such as Indeed and LinkedIn easily too. We haven’t done something like this before, and are training more and more users every day, as people come onboard.
Over time, we hope to see the benefits of having a huge pool of candidates to source from, within Beamery, and have all the relevant data about candidates in one place. I think of it like an octopus, helping us grab information from so many locations! We will be able to stop toggling between our ATS and LinkedIn, and save a lot of time. That will be excellent.
From the Beamery platform, we can then talk to candidates, make notations, send emails and more. It will really help recruiters to see a huge pool of candidates to source from, in one place.
B: How has this made your job easier?
A: Since we went live in July, the Beamery extension has helped us add candidates to the Talent CRM quickly, and we are able to source candidates that were uploaded quickly to our job openings. We could tag contacts and provide notes, as well as get in touch with the candidate easily.
We are excited and grateful to use the new tool to source candidates for our roles here at Hitachi Vantara.
It’s a great CRM and I will shout about it at the top of my lungs!
